Our Mission

Locally and nationally, Canines for Service is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities achieve greater independence.

Canines for Service (CFS) selects and trains the dogs for people with disabilities. CFS DOES NOT  train a persons own dog or certify a dog trained by an individual, trainer or another organization.
Everyday people experiencing physical limitations are longing to live more independently.  From picking up an item they have dropped or getting a bottle of water, a skilled service dog from Canines for Service can help.
